Radiesse® is a relatively new synthetic dermal filler that is also FDA approved for the correction of moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles. It is a smooth consistency gel, considered semi-permanent and uses advanced calcium-based microsphere technology that lasts for a year or more. Radiesse is not recommended for injection into the lip. No skin testing is required.
